New grad PICU nurse literature?

Hi everyone,

I'm a new grad rn who is starting in the PICU at CNMC as part of their new grad program in September. Now that Nclex is behind me, I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good reference books for PICU nursing care? Thanks so much

Such exciting news that you were able to get a job in the PICU as a new grad! I am currently applying for a position to the PICU now and graduate in a few weeks! Any pointers on how to interview??
