Hello. I want take a survey on new grad pay. I know there have been post like this in the past. My goal is for this post to be a resource for new grads in negotiating a fair wage. Please help keep this forum neat and concise by only stating information ask. Thank you and I hope everyone finds this useful.
Please note that I'm asking nurses with less than one year experience only please, and if you're not comfortable providing some of the information that's ok. I want to see what factors are affecting wages. I'll leave this open for future new grads in 2019 as well.
