hey guys, anyone familiar with the nyc/LI area and who takes new grads in their ICU? anyone who can shed light id appreciate it...im aware of the NSLIJ fellowship so any information other than that would be great.

From talking to people the NYC/LI area nursing job market are tough to break into, good luck to you. If you have no luck searching have you considered going outside the area and maybe outside the ICU? Have you worked in a hospital before as a tech or EMS? Do you have a "in"? If not I say take what you can get job markets to tough now!
