New grad nurse pay in Tampa, Fl

Hey guys! I'm graduating with my BSN soon and I want to start applying to hospitals in the area. Can anyone provide some insight as to what the hospitals are offering in terms of new grad pay? Also, which specialty? (Preferably from TGH, Baycare, & AdventHealth)

Hey! I got offered 33.87 at Advent Health. Surgical pcu floor as a new grad with my BSN.
