I recently graduated in April, landed my first job in July and a second full time job in August. Giving up the first one as the second one is a better fit and working two full time jobs is tough. Better pay, better patient to nurse ratio and leadership. So I know of 2 different companys hiring. Pay for the first was $22/hr and second is $24/hr. Both are skilled nursing positions. Both are full time. Both are new grad friendly. Both offer full benefits. First - 1 nurse to 22-28 patients. Second - 1 nurse to 12 patients but they are more acute. Both are in the greater Nashville area.

I am going to be graduating from nursing school in December and was wondering what the hospitals in Nashville and surrounding areas pay a new graduate with a BSN RN.
