I am graduating with my ADN next week and have received several offers for interviews at four local hospitals. I feel very fortunate to be graduating at this time when it's a job seeker's market even for new grads, but I also feel a little bit overwhelmed about how to choose where I want to work.
I realize that an offer for an interview doesn't equate to a job offer, but with the amount of callbacks I've been getting, it's looking like I will have more than one offer on the table.
I'm struggling because they are all for the same specialty, the pay is relatively similar for all of them (all unionized, so the hourly rates are public), the commute time is almost identical for all of them, and they all have similar ratings on employer review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed.
I don't have any local connections working in the specialty that I'm looking to get into (OR), so I don't really have anyone to turn to for advice either.
Any ideas on how to how to choose the position that's the best fit for me?

Find out if their difference is size of the departments. The number of beds in the dept, number of Operating rooms, the trauma rating.
Would you want to work for a bigger or smaller dept.? Would you want to work in a high or low acuity setting?
I believe this will help you narrow down your choices.
