How do I keep my nursing skills and assessments sharp - or as sharp as they can be with not having any paid RN experience?

Oh that's so exciting! How are you liking Wyoming? You'll have to let me know if you get into the program! :) Are you doing the LCCC nursing school or university program? I went to school in Laramie but we do almost all of our clinical experiences in Cheyenne. That I-80 drive at 0530 to clinicals was pretty sketchy sometimes! I absolutely love the Bay Area and after growing up in Wyoming my whole life the weather out here is just amazing. I'm so thankful I got a job and get to stay out here.

I live in Cheyenne so I'm doing the lccc program, but I will be finally enrolled at uw to complete the rn to bsn portion online! Wyoming is ok, vey different from California but we are getting used to it!
