New Grad been at job three years wanting to leave after only 6 months as a new nurse

Hi Everyone,

I've been at my current job for the past three years as a pca and the last 6 months as a new nurse. I'm wanting to leave my job as I am not happy with my current position. There are a lot of issues with management(staffing and scheduling). My question to you all is will it look bad on my resume that I am leaving my job after only being a new nurse for 6 months even though I've been there a total of three years?

I would recommend to stay for at least a year. Make sure you will get a good reference and a job line up before you leave your current position.
