Hi Nurses!
I’m looking for some advice. I got a job as a new grad in a pediatric CVICU! I love it! I have worked there about 5 months and have been off orientation for about 2. My husband and I are hoping to relocate to Denver, co next year- a year or a little more (3 mos max) after my one year anniversary of starting this job. Any recommendations for how to handle this transition? I’m looking to stay in peds critical care- any advice for getting a job at children’s Colorado in their PICU? Do you think I will he qualified enough? Thanks in advance!

Hi there! I live in Denver, but I don't work in peds. If you have a year of experience, I'm sure you'll be able to get a job. There is also PSL which has a children's ICU. I'm pretty sure all our hospitals out here hire new grads into ICU's so I'm sure you'll be fine!
