New grad grant funded facility start salary HI? FNP

Hello,

I am in the process of interviewing for a position in Honolulu. I am aware of the range of pay for a new grad NP in the area, but there are a couple of factors I also have to consider and could use some assistance. There are essentially no benefits outside of healthcare for the provider and generous vacation (Not PTO). Bring that it is grant funded and a growing practice what would you think is a reasonable price hourly? I have already factored a rate of 15% annually for retirement and healthcare is needed for my son so I am taking this into consideration. Also getting malpractice and relocating are a thought. I have an idea but don’t wanna just throw it out. Also any extra advice for negotiating or things to consider in this area is appreciated. Bottom line I want this position because of the values of the practice, so I am willing to sacrifice! Please and thank you for any advice
