New Grad FNP support at CCF and/or UH

I'm hoping somebody out there is, or has been, a new grad NP who was hired into either the Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals for their first job.  

I just wanted to know how the transition was for you going from a new grad into the workforce there. Also, did they provide any type of mentorship, orientation, etc. and for how long?
