New Grad Endocrinology NP

Hello,

Who here started out as a new NP in endocrinology? I have an offer to work at an outpatient endocrinology office and am still a newish grad NP.  I was wondering what your experience was starting off in this specialty.  Was it a steep learning curve?  Any tips or suggestions for someone starting out in endocrinology?  How do you like your position overall?  Thanks ahead for any info!

I didn't, but as an experienced APP, endo is very mysterious and complex to me LOL. I will say the experience will be useful whatever you move to after that.
