New grad in cincy...am i being paid enough?

I graduate in a few weeks and i'm wondering how much I should be paid. I've been on three interviews and they are only offering me a little over $20.00 an hour. Is that right? Seems kinda low for all the time i spent in school.

Hey I also work at Mercy FF. I was offered 19.96 at the beginning of the meeting with Clarice. I asked for 22. By the end of the meeting, she offered me 20.50. That was a couple of weeks ago. Today I called her and asked for 21 and she said she would get back to me by noon tomorrow.

I have two years experience as a PCA. I think you should ask for 22 you have so much experience!

Anyone out there working for Mercy Fairfield Hospital ? Please give me your opinon about the hospital, working conditions, benefits etc... I am considering accepting an RN position but need some honest feedback from past and present employee's.

What kind of new grad are you? Do you have an associate degree with an RN? or BSN?
