I'm graduating in August with my BSN and I've applied to THR, UTSW, and Methodist. I'll also apply to BS&W and Parkland when their applications open. I wasn't sure what to put on my applications for salary and looked it up and it said to put "negotiable", so I did. But I don't want to be taken advantage of or underpaid. So what would you guys recommend is an appropriate salary for a New Grad RN in the Dallas area?
