To my knowledge, most employers do not count LPN experience towards being an RN because of the difference of role. What part of MA are you in?
That's what I was thinking. Kind of stinks...I work alongside RNs now, doing the same things as them. I'm looking to work in Worcester or Boston area.

Hello All!
I will be graduating in May with my BSN. I am currently an LPN and looking to see what current pay scales for new grad RNs are? Also, do any places give "credit" for my 4 years as an LPN?
I'm hoping to get into Women's Health (L&D/Mother&Baby), but open to all options.
