new grad boston pay

hi, I'm set to graduate this Summer and I'm trying to decide which direction I want to go as a soon to be new grad nurse. I currently go to school in Boston and am hoping to be hired at a boston hospital! Does anyone know what new grad pay rates are at the different hospitals here? Much thanks

BMC new RN start pay is about $36/hr at base pay.
