New fiscal year for the army?

Does anyone know what the new fiscal year (starts 10/2010) entails for the ANC? Will they be retruiting new grads? What is their quota? How's the competition? I ask because the ANC didn't have a problem meeting thier numbers last fiscal year. They actually raised the minimum GPA to 3.0.
