New ER Nurse

Hi all,

I have read many of the postings over the years but never really posted anything. Everyone seems to be very helpful on here though so I thought I would give it a shot.

I was hoping to get some tips and advice for a new nurse in the ER. Actually as a new nurse in general. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!

Check the Emergency Nursing Forum. There are some stickies on the top for advice for new ER RNs.
