Congrats on graduation and your new job! I graduated in January and started working on a tele floor in February. It is a interesting place to work. You will learn a lot. I'm not sure what your floor is like but mine gets a lot of ICU stepdown patients, some still fairly critical. I have learned so much and I still learn new things everyday. My tips to you: get your sleep, ask lots of questions, take an EKG class, and take an ACLS class. Good luck!!!!!
