nevada LPN pay, actual numbers from actual nurses please

what is the actual pay scale in the LV metro area for LPNs ? I work in Denver and when I search online at various sites like say payscale, glassdoor, indeed etc..NV is usually listed as one of the  higher paying states. That said, when I look at  actual job listings for NV they are substantially lower that in  Denver.  Again ONLY  talking about lpn pay.  top LPN pay for a staff member is generally about 42 ish . not seeing anything close to that in LV. love to be proven wrong of course.
