"After surgery ..., a dressing will cover your leg from your toes to your groin and there will be drainage tubes in place".

At the day of surgery, the leg wound feel numb due to anesthetic. It could be normal.

At day 2, the anesthetic effect would disappear. If the operated knee feels tingling due to pressure from the same dressing, should the dressing be loosened or replaced with another different dressing?

Meanwhile, if the operated knee feels tingling due to pressure from TED sock, should the TED sock be removed?
