So I graduated from my PN program in August, but due to some family and financial issues, I have had to postpone my testing. I am finally going to be able to sit for the exam i December, but I feel so unprepared and scared that I may fail, since I am so far removed from nursing.
Is anyone else in the same boat? Or have you been? And if so what do you feel helped or could have helped to lessen the anxiety.
I've been studying on and off when I can, using Saunders, ATI, and NCLEX Mastery app, when I'm on the go. My friends tell me that the test was really easy and based off how I did in the program, they think I will pass on the first try but I just dont know.
I really want to pass though, so I can obtain a job by the new year and start my career as a nurse. I feel so behind compared to my classmates.
Thanks :-)

I was in a similar situation. Graduated my BSN program in June and didn't write my exam until this November. I studied for about 5 weeks. I think using Saunders is great, as is doing questions every day. I did anywhere from 30-100 questions a day. Have you tried UWORLD? I'm not sure if they have it for NCLEX-PN but it's worth looking good into, because the questions are challenging, and the rationales are great. Good luck! Stay focused and studying.
