Nemours Nurse Residency

Hello everyone!

I'm about to graduate with my ASN this May and my goal is to get into pediatrics straight from school if possible. I would love to work at Nemours (in Orlando) but it doesn't seem like they have any entry level jobs unless you get into their nurse residency program... and right now there are no cohorts posted. I'm just wondering if anyone on here may have any insight or experience with Nemours. I greatly appreciate any advice!
