NELRP site transfer request

Hi all!!! I got my award letter from HRSA for the NELRP in september 2010, so I am a yr into my payments now. I am in the process of changing jobs and I am worried because I cannot find any posts or blogs from anyone getting funds from HRSA who have transferred sites. I know according to the website the transfer will have to be approved by HRSA, and it has to be to another approved site. I wanted to know if anyone on here has successfully transferred and what will be the best to include in the transfer request letter. Thank you!!!!

I am in the middle to trying to transfer sites as well. I simply wrote a letter, stating in detail the reason why, and sent it to the address listed on my contract. It didn't stipulate any other details in my contract.

I have not heard back, and I did try to call to check the status with no luck. I left a voice mail and my call was never returned. It's going on three weeks or so now.

As it turns out, the site I was going to transfer to was recently bought out by a for-profit organization. I had to turn down the job :-(. Now, I am waiting to hear back from another facility.......I will definitely keep you posted. At least I am happy there are other people in the same boat as I am....nervous about transferring.
