I was just looking for some examples of nursing diagnoses.
The patient is obese and 3 days overdue. She is recieving Pitocin.
I already have
-Risk for injury
- Risk for respiratory depression

Here's a helpful nursing careplan website that was given on another thread. Just look up pertinent categories (like induction of labor, obesity etc.) and I think you will find what you are looking for regarding nursing diagnosis.

Something about risk for poor coping with labor process related to induction/ likely caesarean section.
Risk for ineffective breastfeeding related to difficult labor/c-section due to induction
Risk for acute pain related to labor process/pitocin/induction/c-section

some nursing diagnoses to consider are:
the choice of any nursing diagnosis is always dependent on the symptoms the patient has. those symptoms are things that you determined from your physical assessment and data collection from the patient's chart. the practical application of the steps in the nursing (written care plan) process is:
the reason for doing the assessment is to determine the nursing diagnosis.
