Need to work on my care plans!

Does anyone know a website that has case studies or mock patient info (labs, dx, hx, etc..) I need to work on being faster at completing my care plans on time. I am going into my last term in a few weeks and i still struggle to get three patient care plans finished in a 12 hour clinical rotation. I like being out on the floor not at the desk but I have been paying for it because I have yet to complete a full care plan in one day:mad: if i work on them on my spare time or when I am making up hours at school I am hoping to be less over analystic and fly threw it at clinicals, any suggestions? ( and NO, this is NOT the COTA you all from my school think it is, it's another one:nono:)

I actually prefer doing my care plans at home.. I like being on the floor at the hospital and taking care of my patients. most of my classmates get all their paperwork done at the hospital which means they see their patients for like 60 seconds out of the 4-5 hours we are there (unless there are skills to do).

But here is a site i use to set a basic structure for reference for some care plans I do: http://www1.us.elsevierhealth.com/MERLIN/Gulanick/Constructor/index.cfm

They have some helpful goals and interventions i don't typically think to put.

There are also tons of books on care plans you can buy online for cheap.

Let me know if you have any questions =)

lolwut?

ohhh yeah i love that link but what im looking for is for some site or whatever where they have case scenarios so i can use that as my pt data I dont want to lie but I am bad at nursing diagnosis thats what keeps me from finishing in a decent time...

I wish I had time to finish the real careplans at home but by the time I get there, I am exhausted. my instructor wants three patients head to toe with narrative notes and of those three two of them have to include pt data labs meds and nursing diagnosis next term its 4 patients FULL CARE PLANS so I have to step it up, I think if I just sit around doing practice ones it will help me manage my time at clinicals i just dont feel like making up a case study then making a careplan...I open that text book enough!

OHHH about the cota thing well I know of at least 7 classmates who come on here My last name is cota and since there are like 3 elizabeths in my class, one ended up with liz, the other elizabeth....me.... cota:smokin: so I just put that as a just in case joke.. I'm a bit of a goofball but thanks for responding!:yeah:
