Need PICC Certification Names ASAP

Hello!

I was certified to insert PICC lines about 9 or 10 yrs ago in the Chicagoland Area. I had a flood and lost all of my certificates. I applied for a new job and need to prove my original certification. Do you know of any places that may have certified me so I can call for documentation?

Wouldnt the hospital that you were working at when you got your certification have copies of those in your personel file?

My former employer went out of business. Also, I have overcome this issue. Thank you for your response!
