I took the Bioethics: Philosophical Issues back in early April for $95 and although I am definitely NOT a fan of EC's practice exams (I don't like paying for exams that don't actually count towards my grade), I gave them a shot with this exam because my advisor really wanted me to take the more expensive exam due to the level of difficulty with the one I chose. What a difference it made on my actual exam! I passed it! However, I went back and changed a few of my answers in the end, which I NEVER do, so I came out with a C. I don't know why I changed the answers because throughout the entire thing, I was really feeling an A. Along with the practice exams, which to this day, I still have not taken the second practice exam, I used the content guide, ESPECIALLY the questions at the end of the guide, and an old Regents College (now known as Excelsior College), study guide loaded with nothing but questions and answers--no rationales, that I found on Amazon.
I'm taking writing through an EC-approved, non-Excelsior college course since the UExcel writing exam does not apply towards the BSN. You have no idea how REALLY BADLY I had hoped that it would!!!!!
