I need input for a class assignment I hope you can help
The Question is: Should RPN's be given more medical duties/responsibilities that they are not presently permitted to take on?
I need: one primary source- someone's input
secondary source- books, journals, websites, etc.
Thanks for your help....

Oh geez What's a RPN? Registered Private Nurse.
Then the answer is no a RPN should not take on more duties than they are permitted. As a RN I allready have too many duties and it would be unsafe for me to take on any extra duties.

RPN is a Registered Practical Nurse. I believe it's the same as an LPN in the U.S.A. Although in Canada it is a two year diploma program.
Could you elaborate on why you say "No", please? All the input you have is great.
