Need help with validation & analysis of data for a care plan.

I know another care plan help thread. :) This is my first one and I don't need you to make my whole plan. Our school give us a blueprint to go by section for section to do the care plan.

For each section I have to write Subjective, Objective Data; Validation & Analysis of Data (normal references); Nursing Diagnosis; and defining characteristics.

I know I can use lab values to validate some of the sections. But what about Mobility, Rest & Sleep...etc. I'm not sure how to validate data I've already put in to the Objective Data part like BP or lab values as well.

Please help...so tired right now been working on this all day. :confused:
