do you have a copy of your transcript? if so , kindly check if they put the enrtry of the subject from your previous school to the nursing school you had. if yes then you dont need to go to your previous school for you to get the record since they already forwarded your official subject credited to your nursing school the registar will be the one to fill up for the sujects breakdown need for your nclex eligibility aplication.:welcome:

If you are applying fpr eligibility to take the NCLEX, just submit the TOR from your school of nursing. Since the your school had credited your subjects from your first school then when they submit the TOR they will also include the tor from your first school. Thats what I did for CA.

thanks for the replies guys!

my previous school uses letters for their grading system, (A,A-,B,F etc...) while my college of nursing used numbers (1,1.25,1.50 etc) What appeared in my Official TOR, (from the college of nursing) didnt convert the grading system of my previous school to the system of my nursing school. do you think that is a ok? Because on the front page of my TOR is the interpretations of the grades using the NUMBERING system. How would the CABON interpret the lettering system when in my official transcript doesnt contain the interpretation from my previous school.

Do they need to evaluate how high an applicant's grades are? I thought you just have to complete their requirements (i.e., you should have completed all the subjects and the number of hours/units of your related learning experiences that they require). Otherwise, they would also request for the general weighted average, which they don't. Anybody might know something more about this.

my school have the same grading system as yours. what matters is that you passed all the classes that are required in order for you to graduate. if ca bon has issues with that, they will send you a notice anyways. goodluck to you.
