need help with selection criteria

hi, i am nearly graduate from nursing. i am applying for new grad program at the moment. however, i found difficult in addressing selection criteria. anyone could give me some helps with example?

1)Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

2)Demonstrated clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving abilities.

3)An understanding of and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.

4)An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.

5)An understanding of risk management, safety and quality improvement principles and the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife in applying these principles.

6)A demonstrated understanding of NSW Health's CORE Values - Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
