Need help re: research for my BSN class

hello. i am a bsn student that has to interview a nurse practitioner for my research and evidence based practice class. if anyone is willing to answer a few questions, i would really appreciate it. you can post the answers here or email to me at [email protected]. here they are:

how important is nursing research to your practice? have you participated in carrying out nursing research? do you value research? what is most relevant about research to your practice? what nursing journals do you read to find out about nursing research? how do you use research findings to inform your practice? does nursing research go on in your practice area or agency? how are research findings shared with others? what do you think needs to be researched?

you don't need to answer all of them but i would appeciate feedback that deals with the subject matter.
