Moved to the International forumFor VSC you can use either English tests. If you check out the handbook for vsc it tells you what are accepted and what scores you need to get.
Doesn't matter what state you pass NCLEX you still need English exam if English is not your first language

if you are the main applicant for a visa and you require vsc (most do if main applicant and not a usc) then english exam is required unless your training was obtained as stated in the vsc booklet
for applicants to be exempt from the english proficiency requirement for the visascreen® assessment, they must meet all of the
following criteria:
* their entry-level professional education occurred in the united states, canada (except most of quebec), the united kingdom,
ireland, australia or new zealand
* the language of instruction was english
* the language of textbooks was english
only cgfns/ichp visascreen® applicants who meet all of these criteria are exempt from the english proficiency requirement.
