Need help to practice in neonatal department in canada

Hai, I am diploma nurse ,completed my course from India and have 12 yrs work experience in NICU with secondary level care unit in India and Saudi Arabia.At present I am in Canada and preparing for the Canadian Registered Nurses Examination.I wish to continue in my profession as a NICU nurse. I have applied for the registration with B.C.I am ready to work as a volunteer,because it will help me to know about the NICU policies and procedures in canada.I hope that anybody can help me to fulfill my dream.

here I seek help from someone who can help me to know about any conference going to held in Canada related to neonatal nursing.I have seen an advertisement that a conference is going to held in newyork.but I am unable to attend that as I am on student status and have not enough fund to travel there

I will be very glad to receive any information from some one who knows about volunteer nursing job in neonatal unit and regarding any upcoming conference.
