Need help on medicine conversions on Kaplan entrance exam

I have been studying for the Kaplan entrance exam and was pretty confident on the math portion until I was given sample questions from Carrington College and it had questions about medicine conversions. Does anyone know a good website or book that will show me how to do this? Thank you
