Need help making the right choice!

I am having a problem right now. I recently was offered a case manager job for a local hospice company, but right before I was going to start I was asked to interview for a progressive care position at one of the major hospitals in my area. I have been trying to get into the hospitals for the last year and this was a dream come true for me. I have hospital experience as a CNA but not as an RN, I know it is very hard to even get an interview into the hospitals so I am excited that I was called. I have been an RN for a year and a half now in long term care, I have over 14yrs in health care experience from starting as a CNA, to becoming an LPN to getting my RN. My preceptorship in school was in cardiac and palatine care, so I feel I have some insight into either position. The interview went well at the hospital and I should know by next week if I was selected for the position. I already started my orientation for my hospice job. What would you do if your in this situation? I know the hospital job would give me so much nursing knowledge that I could take anywhere and the benefits and pay are considerably more the hospice job. I am excited about both jobs, I also worry would I be a strong enough nurse for the hospital job. I feel I am but I still keep worrying that if I left the hospice job to go for the hospital job (if I am give the opportunity), and it turns out not to be the right fit for me. Then I might lose a great opportunity with the hospice job. Please help me!
