Hello,
I am a freshmen in college. I have been planning to transfer to a nursing school after my second year at my current University as they do not have a nursing program. A friend of mine did the same thing but was two years behind because the specific school she transfered to started their nursing classes freshmen year. Im totally lost and confused. Should I transfer schools earlier? what classes should i be taking?!? Im pretty much freaking out. Being a nurse has been my dream job since I was little. I dont want to mess it up...HELP PLEEAAASSSEEE!!!

Just do you homework:
Research several schools with nursing programs that you might possibly want to attend. (Actually, I would research all of the possiblities, but I'm a little compulsive about such things).
Look at the admission requirements and criteria for each one, check whether the credits from your school would transfer (usually that is on line and usually gives an indication rather than a firm answer but is good enough for preliminary work), check the requirements of the program, the costs (including transportation and living expenses), the reputation of the school, etc.
From that research, determine what classes to take where you currently are and when is the best time to transfer. There is no way we can answer that. It depends on the schools involved and your circumstances.
For example, if you have a good scholarship to the school you are attending and wouldn't be able to take it with you, you might be better off taking as many classes as you can before transfering, even if it means an extra year or two before you graduate.
