Need to find weekend CNA job quickly

Can anyone help? i live in Brooklyn, Ny and I have been desperately looking for a weekend CNA job in the nursing home for a very long time. Now my CNA license is about to expire. Can anyone help me?

Call all of the nursing homes in your area and ask to speak to their hiring department. Ask them if they need a weekend CNA and if so, would they consider hiring you.

Other than that, I don't know what more you can do.

I've been looking for weekend CNA jobs too, (Chicago) and have been having zero luck. I've tried hospitals, nursing homes...its weird. It's not the greatest job in the world and the pay is crap, so I wonder why its so hard to get a position recently.

Try Craigslist though under the healthcare jobs section. There are a lot of posts and you can get a home healthcare job with an agency fast. I did get a call back from them.
