hi, rain1987!
the pre-requisite courses you would need to take are pretty much dependent on what each school of nursing decides to make them. in general, the required courses are human anatomy and physiology, chemistry for the health sciences, biochemistry and human growth and development. however, each nursing program may have other courses it requires as well. a knowledge of math to at least the level of basic algebra is also necessary. in most cases you earn the college degree along with the course of nursing. basically, there are two types of college degrees you start out earning: an associates degree or a bachelor's degree in the science of nursing. again, each depend on what the school of nursing offers. aa degrees are more commonly offered at community colleges; bsns at 4-year colleges and universities.
you didn't list what state you are in so i can't provide you with a list of the nursing schools in your state for you to contact for information. you can get this information yourself by going to the website for your state board of nursing and looking for a link to a page of rn nursing programs in your state. this information is hard to find on some state board sites.
here are websites where you will find more information about nursing and how to become a nurse.

Figure out if you want to be a CNA, LPN, RN with an Associates Degree, or an RN with a Bachelors degree.
This is a search engine to find schools for the program you are looking for in your local area. Then you can look at the schools website for courses you need to take in college prior to applying.
