the aeb part of the diagnostic statement is the symptoms, or the evidence you would have gathered from your assessment of this stage ii ulcer. all you need to do is describe the ulcer and that is your aeb (symptoms). these websites describe the stages of ulcers so you can compare your patient's ulcer to them as well as see the appropriate language to use to describe the ulcer.
