No, there there is no nursing assistant course recognized in the Philippines.
You might hear of a Practical nursing course but it does not currently give you the benefit of being petitioned by a US employer for a green card as it is not part of Schedule A (Nurses and PTs) perceived to be short in the US.
Only way for a LPN course be used by a Phil. graduate is if she alrady have a green card or already a US permanent resident by other means (such as Family petition), other than that no US employer can petition a LPN course grad from the Philippines.
If you have a diploma in BS. Biology, you can attend a 2nd courser program wherein some of the subjects you took will be credited and shaved off from the 4 yr BSN program. With a B.S. biology diploma, you may finish the BSN course in more or less 3 yrs.
There are also no 2 year experience needed to apply for US licensure and for being petitioned. It is only the local agencies that require that and there are US employers that will petition new grads.
Hope this helps.
