Need advise on liability in privately hired home care

Does anyone have advise on the pros and cons of being hired privately by a client for skilled home care? Thats without agency. I work with several agencies, and find myself trying to scrape up enough work just to get by. Not to mention the bs I have to put up with with some of them. I just got offered a private hire at home nursing job, and am a little tempted. I dont know the client, but hopefully I wouldnt have trouble with payment. I have malpractice insurance, so if someone decides they didnt like something I did , I would hope I'd be covered if they took action. Im just not sure how risky it is. If anyome has any suggestions/ experience,Id appreciate it .Thanks
