need advice and tips on passing nclex pn

Published

Hello everyone , I am scheduled to take my nclex pn soon. I wanted some advice and tips on how you passed the nclex pn. How did you tackle select all that apply questions. What material did you use to study for nclex? How long did you study for nckex before testing? Basically I just want someone to share their experience about tackling the nclex and words of encouragement. Sorry about all the questions. am SUPER Nervous and freaking out. Thank you everyone! !

I would say to invest in the Kaplan nclex pn premier book to learn strategies to answer questions . It's best to answer sata as if they were true or false questions . I took the nclex RN and I personally used the Kaplan book and u world . I did tons of practice questions for about 8 weeks straight . And I also studied content and wrote down the rationales I didn't know .

Thanks for the great advice. I have the nclex pn kaplan book. I have read the book twice. I think its a great book. i will be taking your advice to study content qnd do tonsquestions. Thanks again

Definitely understand the rationale behind each question. But find a way of studying that works for you. Whatever worked for you in nursing school apply it to the NCLEX.

PS. It's against the TOS to call yourself a nurse if you aren't one.
