Need advice - what are PMHNPs looking for in a new job?

Hello all, I am a PMHNP in California.  I will be assisting with recruiting NPs (PMHNP preferred, not required), and am trying to get a feel for what prospective NP employees are looking for in a position.  There is a dire shortage of mental health care providers in California, so would appreciate input in how to attract more NPs.

If you are currently working as a PMHNP, what would cause you to consider a new position?

If you are currently working as an NP in another specialty, what would cause you consider switching to mental health?

What pay range would you be looking for?

Telehealth, hybrid, or in person?

How important is it for you to work for a practice that qualifies for HRSA or state public service requirements, loan repayment, etc?

How important are flexible hours?  In other words, do you want the option to work less than 40 hours per week (with benefits) or are you only interested in 40 hours per week?

What would be the best way to let NPs know of new job opportunities?  Websites like Indeed?  Social media like LinkedIn?

All suggestions welcome.

Remote, from home work, with as much hand holding (I.e. doing nothing administrative or communication) outside of direct F2F patient care with maximum reimbursement.  ?
