Hi all. due to qualify this September, just wondering if any of you other student nurses feel like you dont know enough?.

Do you know what speciality (if any) you want to work in? I have really enjoyed cardiology.

We always had good luck for free drink and food when we got invited to go out with the Manchester University Rugby team. They were always good for a pub crawl down Wilmslow Road and a curry in Rusholme. Those were the days!! I've been qualified for 19 years and my first day as a staff nurse was a late shift in charge of the gastroenterology hematology ward on admit night!! Remember when they used to leave students in charge of wards with the Night sister to check meds with? I certainly learnt alot. :)
