NCTC Spring 2015

Published

Is anoyone applying for the Spring 2015 class at North Central Texas College? I'm kind of hesitant to pursue ADN upon hearing that many hospitals prefer BSN graduates only. I have a prior bachelors degree and have met many of the required prerequisites for a BSN bridge. Thoughts?

Thank you for the info! I received my letter today!

How did the tests go?

Here is the note from the website. Since you know your test scores, you know if you made it in!

"Testing for the Spring 2015 semester is completed. The tentative cutoff score for acceptance into the ADN program is 71%. Those with a score of 70% will be on the alternates list. The tentative cutoff score for acceptance into the Transition from LVN to ADN porgram is 71%.

Acceptance letters will be mailed out by November 6th if possible. Please wait to receive your letter with instructions on how to proceed."

Thank you for the updates! I'm #2 on the alternates list. So hopefully a spot will become open!

Patiently waiting on an acceptance letter.... how did all of you do on your test???

Hello! I know that my response is unrelated to your response, but I have questions about how to manage nursing school and the life in general. I'm a student at NCTC, and I want to get into the nursing program at NCTC (Gainsville), I live in Flower Mound. My questions are do you have to go to the campus everyday, and where do you live? do you rent an apartment around the area, or live in the nctc dorms?

Thank you
