There is no way that you can remain in the US even if you pass the NCLEX exam as there are no visas available. You will have no choice but to leave before your visa expires. There is no way to get it extended.
And passing of the NCLEX alone will not get anything done for you, just for the CP processing only. Please be aware that what you are even thinking about is not the right thing to do, it means that you think that you are more deserving of those that have been patiently waiting in line for visas for the US. Not the proper thing to be doing or even considering now.
What someone has done in the past is no longer a valid reason any longer, and I can also assume that you got your tourist visa because of your parents, not that you applied for it on your own.
You are looking at about a five year wait for a chance at a green card, that is the only visa that is available for you. And since there are now so many in school in your country, the odds of being able to get one is going to be even more difficult.
CA will not even issue a license to you until you are in the US with a visa that permits you to legally work here. Recommend that you spend sometime reading here about what is going on in the US right now with the retrogression that you are directly affected by.
