NCLEX on Sunday

I took it two weeks ago. I had several check all that apply on pharmacology questions. All the drug calculations and input/output were ones that I had to type in the correct answer.

The only advice I can give is to go to the exam well rested. Don't study 24 hours before the exam and think positive. They gave me a white board to use and when I was uncertain, I used the white board to work through the rationales.

I don't know if any of this will help as I haven't got my results yet. Just relax and do your best. Remember safety first and always check the patient before the equipment. Good luck!!!

So I am set to take the NCLEX on Sunday.... I think. Any last minute pointers would be appreciated. I kept an A-B average through school and I graduated 3 days shy of a month ago. How worried should I be? Anyone taken it recently did you get a lot of the new formats on your test? :uhoh21:

I took my test on Tuesday and you should stop studing 24hr before and just rest maybe go to the gym. The test is just like the NCLEX review books. If you did well with those, you'll do well! GOOOD LUCK

I tried to relax today(had a manicure and pedicure) but it has been hard. I did open up my review book and did a test. Then I got the reply posts and I wish I hadn't :uhoh3: (only because everyone said not to). I just hope I can sleep tonight. My test isn't until 2 tomorrow. I am trying not to freak out but my nerves are shot.

well i took it this afternoon. i was only in there for about an hour it cut off on the 85th question. everyone says not to worry that i definately passed it. i am still going to worry until i can go on the website and check it out. hopefully i will find out by tuesday. it really wasn't as bad as i had envisioned it to be. thanks to all who wished me luck and good luck to future test takers.
