Any suggestions on good practice nclex questions? I'm in my 2nd year of my associates degree And I am struggling with this semester. We use Evolve @ my college EAQ questions. I also have Saunders nclex review. I have problems with "select the best answer" questions or "priority" questions

While I didnt use any NCLEX prep questions in school, I have found UWorld extremely helpful while preparing for the NCLEX. I also have done about half of the questions on Nclex Mastery and also did the Kaplan review online.
But if you are not close to testing, Im not sure I would spend the money on those programs. The App is only $30 so you could start there.
Also priority comes down to saving the patient's life, usually. Think Airway, Breathing, Circulation. Safety is always a very big consideration, also. Kaplan stresses asking yourself what the safest option is. You also need to be familiar with content enough to know if each answer selection is an "expected" finding for the condition.
Hope that helps!
